Located in the hills near Willemstad, this luxury villa blends modern Caribbean architecture with soft natural materials and strong indoor–outdoor connections. Frame+View collaborated with TKI to visualize the project over multiple stages, crafting detailed CGI that captures the tone, texture, and lifestyle of high-end coastal living. Both exteriors and interiors were carefully developed to communicate design intent and atmosphere.

Capturing Architecture in Context

Set against the Curaçao landscape, the villa’s design embraces simplicity, proportion, and local materials. This main exterior view was created to convey the relationship between the massing, terrain, and poolside experience — blending clarity with a natural flow.

This angle highlights the entrance and stone detailing. Designed to feel warm and grounded, the image shows how material variation and texture soften the modern geometry.
