Frame+View created CGI still imagery and animation for the online tool, which helps visualize energy & sustainability in buildings.
The software for communicating and visualizing energy consumption and sustainability is developed by hello energy and realized in Prologis’ project, a global investor and developer of sustainable logistics storage and distribution centers. The company focuses on the well-being of employees inside warehouses and raises the standards for logistics buildings following ideas of sustainability and business objectives.
The hello energy software with the CGI content made by Frame+View demonstrates the identity of the Prologis’ project in Tilburg park, Southern Netherlands. The facility covers 26.000 square meters. It showcases the environmental performance of the building for the rating system such as BREEAM, and the level of health and quality of life in the work environment for the WELL Building Standard. The company’s building is equipped with efficient lighting and has cool roofs and solar panels. An attractive animation informs employees and clients of the sustainable measures taken and energy savings realized.
Using standards developed by BRE, BREEAM assessed environmental, social and economic sustainability of the building. Prologis got the world’s leading sustainability assessment certification as a company which creates a perfect work environment and takes into account the employees as the most important resource.
