Frame+View created CGI content for the magnificent design of generous residential areas ranging in size from 127 m2 to 232 m2 (or even 449) m2. Our team made still imagery for rooms with various functions, styles, and scales. We visualized designer bathrooms, living and seating areas, bedrooms, open kitchens, and dining spaces. The spacious interior was modeled in 3D, outdoor views are based on photographs. Our renders demonstrate how glass doors, partitions, large windows on the floor erase the boundaries of the apartments, expanding the space.

The architecture is made by Dam & Partners, a famous Dutch architectural company. The studio is founded by renowned architect Cees Dam who became famous as a co-designer of the Stopera in Amsterdam. The company transformed office spaces into luxury apartments, replaced the previous facade with a completely new one and put a penthouse floor on the building. The atmosphere of the downtown with the famous architecture of Amsterdam penetrates the premises through panoramic windows, combining history and tradition with luxury, comfortable and modern design. Despite the dynamic outdoor scenes, there is absolute peace in the apartments themselves, thanks to the build quality and the use of high-end materials.
