About

Frame+View visualized the penthouse interior at Blue Bay Hills Residences, a luxury development in Curaçao designed by Eric Kuster Metropolitan Luxury. Our role was to translate EKML’s signature aesthetic into a refined visual story—where beachside elegance meets contemporary glamour.

Crafting a Tropical Penthouse in 3D

The bedroom sets the tone for the Blue Bay penthouse: calm, layered, and immersive. Designed by Eric Kuster Metropolitan Luxury, this space emphasizes texture, mood, and spatial flow. Our CGI focused on daylight, contrast, and subtle material interplay to evoke the serene, high-end atmosphere of a tropical retreat.

After the main set was completed, we created an alternate version of the penthouse with different materials and finishes. The interactive slider allows viewers to compare both versions—demonstrating how finish selections can dramatically influence mood and perception.

Framed by clean cabinetry and soft lighting, the penthouse kitchen offers a warm and textural focal point. Our visuals emphasize light-toned wood, tactile surfaces, and architectural clarity—highlighting how CG can communicate both warmth and restraint.

A compact spa experience, the bathroom combines stone, brushed metal, and soft indirect lighting. The render focuses on how materials and rhythm create a sense of calm—showcasing how CGI supports design storytelling even in smaller, private spaces.

Alongside the penthouse, Frame+View visualized two smaller apartments in the same development. Apartment 1 features a clean, neutral living room layout designed with understated finishes and daylight as its primary element.

The second apartment offered a more compact configuration, focused on atmosphere and flow. We maintained the EKML brand tone across lighting and texture, while adapting to the spatial limitations of a smaller living environment.
