About
Luxury homes are rarely experienced as individual rooms. Their character emerges through the relationships between spaces, materials, and daily routines. Designed by TKI, Residential Retreat explores how living, working, wellness, and entertaining can be brought together within a single cohesive environment. The visualizations were developed to communicate not only the appearance of the design, but the lifestyle it was intended to support long before construction began.

A Home Designed Around Daily Life
Rather than focusing on a single signature space, the design explores how a luxury residence can support a wide range of everyday experiences. The visualizations were developed to communicate how living, entertaining, working, and relaxation could coexist within a unified architectural language and material palette.

The kitchen and dining spaces illustrate how social interaction becomes part of the architecture itself. By visualizing these areas early in the design process, it became easier to evaluate how circulation, material transitions, and sightlines contribute to the experience of gathering, hosting, and daily family life.
The wellness area expands the definition of residential luxury beyond aesthetics alone. The imagery helped communicate how light, materials, and spatial composition could support a slower and more restorative experience, reinforcing wellbeing as an integral part of the home rather than a separate destination.

Within the private areas of the residence, attention shifts toward comfort, retreat, and atmosphere. The bedroom visualizations were developed to explore how material continuity and carefully controlled lighting could create spaces that feel calm, personal, and connected to the broader design language of the home.
The bathroom and wellness-related spaces continue this theme, illustrating how luxury often emerges through consistency rather than spectacle. The visualizations helped communicate subtle relationships between materials, daylight, and spatial openness that are difficult to evaluate through drawings alone.

The wine room and home office demonstrate how contemporary residential design increasingly blends work, leisure, and personal interests. By placing these functions within the same visual narrative, the imagery helped communicate a lifestyle that extends beyond the traditional boundaries of the home.
